UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT-These fully remodeled units are located in Northern Cove Estates. Each unit has a spacious deck, views of Lake Charlevoix, a lake Charlevoix access, and a shed. This is a one year lease. Security deposit is one months rent. Pet deposit $500 also add $500.00 if you would like home furnished. Tenants are responsible for pet fees ($5 per month per pet) a state of michigan tax ($3) Utilities are paid for by the tenants.
