PRIME USE 4-week TIMESHARE at Pinebrook Condominium in Shanty Creek Resort. This includes one gold, one silver and TWO PLATINUM weeks of use. You will enjoy weeks 3 (3rd week of January), 18 (early May), and back -to-back August weeks 31 and 32. This is a “Royal Deluxe” 2 bedroom ground level unit overlooking “the” Shanty Creek ,with access to the on-site pool and tennis courts. The unit includes a full kitchen, gas fireplace, jetted garden tub, washer & dryer, & deck. It is only 4 or 5 steps down from the parking lot. Included when you are there is the use of the Shanty Creek Beach Club on lovely, sandy bottom, Lake Bellaire. You can even walk over to Shanty Creek, a few steps from the condo, and catch rainbow trout! For the ultimate in flexibility, you will want to join RCI(less than $200/year) so you can trade the value of your weeks(each week has a point value) for accommodations worldwide, or even on a cruise. While this unit is a very nice condo, the benefit of a timeshare is that you have tremendous flexibility. You can stay at other times or in other units at the resort, or by joining RCI, you can stay at resorts around the world.
