Recently listed on the National Registry of Historic Places, the Gwen Frostic Studio is being offered for sale. The business is being sold turn key and includes the real estate, printed inventory, equipment including 15 Heidelberg Presses and copyrights. The retail store, printing shop and warehouses all service the popular works of Gwen Frostic who opened the business at this location in 1964. Gwen passed away in 2001 but her legacy continues with the 2200 linoleum blocks that she carved and are still used today to print the greeting cards and other works that sell in the shop and through the website. The complex sits on almost 12 acres with the retail store, library, printing shop, warehouses and the round house which was built with a sod roof.
