Anne Honeysette

With a passion for service in the Upper Peninsula, and Northern Michigan area, Anne is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Coldwell Banker Fairbairn Realty team, she will carry the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does.

Anne Honeysette was born and raised in the heart of the Upper Peninsula and moved to the Alanson area where she continued her college studies, married, and raised her family. In 2008 she graduated with her bachelor's degree from Lake Superior State University. When Anne isn't working towards making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys doing crafts (Casann's Crafts), working out in her yard, organizing and redecorating homes, and spending time with her friends and family. Anne lives on beautiful Devereaux Lake, in Cheboygan County, with her husband Russ.

Anne has experience and a passion for assisting families in their search for affordable housing. She has bought and sold her own personal homes and can relate to the often times confusing and frustrating world of real estate. Anne has experience working with the ownership and rental of luxury condominiums and apartment housing. She has worked with the Veteran's Administration (VA), NEMCSA, HUD, and the Rural Development Programs to assist those who are in need of financial assistance to procure housing.

Anne's motto is "there's a way around everything" and when it comes to making a decision whether, or not, to buy a house she knows that it's better to attempt to become a homeowner than to assume that it can't be done. Anne is looking forward, with optimism and a "can do" attitude, to assist those who are in search of a realtor that will work with a fiduciary responsibility to you and your dreams of home ownership. For home owners who wish to sell their homes she will work with the same fiduciary responsibility and a sense of expediency to get the job done.
